It has approximately 50 FTEs based in Germany (HQ), with offices in China, France, and India.

Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
  2. Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address issues, inquiries, or challenges during the trading process.
  3. Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
  6. Address client concerns and feedback, working towards effective resolution.
  7. Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, staying updated on industry regulations and contributing to compliance protocols.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent French skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German is not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.
