We have a great opportunity available for a FP&A Manager (f/m/d) to support three key Business Units - Just Spices, GAS, and Nordics within our EPDM organization. At Kraft Heinz in Düsseldorf, you will be part of a high-performing team, reporting to the FP&A Lead CNE. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing forecasts, and communicating key insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions across these Business Units.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze actual financial results for GAS, Nordics, and JS Business Units, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Business Unit leaders and the EPDM Finance central team, to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial insights.
- Develop and maintain forecasts for the Business Units, using trend and variance analysis versus the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Prior Year (PY) to inform decisions.
- Manage the timely and accurate submission of financial data and insights to the EPDM FP&A central team.
- Lead the CNE FP&A Analyst in creating and maintaining financial reports, providing guidance to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, communicating these to senior leadership with recommendations for mitigation.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A Management or Commercial roles, preferably within FMCG sector.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with influence over senior stakeholders.
