Role Overview

We are seeking a Founding Practice Director to bring clients into the firm and rapidly build the delivery capability required to execute. This role combines client development, market execution, partnership-led scaling, and delivery ownership.

You will work closely with the founder as a practice owner, responsible for creating pipeline, closing initial wins, structuring partnerships, and building teams that can scale quickly without compromising delivery quality.

This is a leadership role for someone who can create momentum, create and convert opportunities into revenue, and stand up delivery teams fast.

Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Market Growth

  • Proactively identify, develop, and convert enterprise transformation opportunities
  • Build direct relationships with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CDOs, Heads of Digital, Program Sponsors) and drive them to closure
  • Position Pega, ServiceNow, Microsoft platforms (Azure, Power Platform), data platforms, workflow automation technologies (Camunda, n8n), and AI solutions as integrated components of executable transformation initiatives
  • Lead solution shaping, proposals, value narratives, and executive-level negotiations
  • Represent StellarNexus decisively in the market, focused on speed, clarity, and results

Practice, Partnerships & Delivery Strategy

  • Design delivery models that enable fast execution and rapid scale-up
  • Build and activate strategic partnerships with boutique specialists and top-tier consulting firms to staff and deliver projects quickly
  • Decide when to hire, when to partner, and when to blend both to meet immediate delivery needs
  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure delivery quality while moving fast
  • Act as senior escalation point to resolve issues and keep projects moving

Team Building & Capability Development

  • Build and mobilize delivery teams quickly, using a mix of internal hires and partners
  • Develop emerging leaders across delivery, architecture, and practice management
  • Create lightweight governance, accelerators, and playbooks that support speed without chaos
  • Ensure the practice scales in line with revenue and pipeline growth

Your Background

  • Proven experience bringing in clients and closing early-stage or growth-phase opportunities
  • Experience standing up delivery capability quickly after deals are signed
  • Background in one or more enterprise platform ecosystems such as Pega, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Camunda, n8n, data platforms, or similar, from a market or practice-building perspective
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to spot, qualify, and convert opportunities fast
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting course quickly

Language Requirements

  • Fluent German and English are mandatory
  • Ability to lead negotiations, proposals, and delivery discussions confidently in both languages

Ownership & Incentives

  • Opportunity to earn up to 15% equity ownership in StellarNexus Consulting UG
  • Equity will be vested over a 3-year period
  • Vesting is milestone-based, aligned with:
  1. Client and revenue generation
  2. Speed and success of practice establishment
  3. Team and partner ecosystem build-up enabling rapid delivery

Equity structure, vesting mechanics, governance rights, and exit terms will be defined contractually.
