We are looking for a visionary Founding CTO/CPTO for a hybrid role based in Berlin. If you are passionate about deep tech, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have experience building transactional platforms, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and validation to refine the value proposition for our three main target groups: Deep Tech founders, investors, and corporate partners.
• Co-develop the product vision to establish Europe's leading deep technology database and the most effective match-making platform.
• Establish the technological foundation of a transactional platform, including data infrastructure.
• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap.
• Recruit and lead an in-house, top-tier engineering team.
• Manage the company’s data, including storage, analysis, privacy, and security.

Requirements and Skills

• You have experience in building transactional platforms.
• You have product management passion and experience.
• You ideally have exposure to building and scaling communities.
• You are hands-on and can code with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• You have proven experience as a technical leader in a fast-paced environment.
• You are interested in Deep Tech verticals such as AI, Bio, Space, Resilience, Clean Energy, Computing, Materials, Mobility, Robotics, and more.
• You are willing to relocate to Berlin or travel there for regular team meet-ups.
