HellaGoodAudio is seeking a Founders Associate to work closely with the founding team in Munich, driving operations and strategic initiatives. You will support research, process optimization and cross-functional projects to fuel company growth.

You will engage in market research, assist in seed rounds and financial planning, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows. This role requires onsite work in Munich and fluency in German and English.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a startup, consulting, VC, or business development role.
• Proven track record of automating workflows with AI tools.
• Hands-on experience in finance or investor relations.
• Fluent German (C1 or above).
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany.
• Valid EU work authorization.
