welevel in Munich seeks a Founders Associate to join the founding team, supporting key projects, operations and strategic initiatives to drive company growth onsite.

You will conduct market research, streamline internal workflows with AI tools, manage special projects, and back seed rounds and investor relations, in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a startup, consulting, VC, or business development role
• Proven track record of automating workflows with AI tools
• Hands-on experience in finance or investor relations
• Fluent German (C1 or above)
• Fluent English (C1 or above)
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany
• Valid EU work authorization
