Job summary

Welevel in Munich is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution of business processes and to optimize workflows across the company. You will provide strategic support to the founder and team, coordinating with departments to drive efficiency and automation using AI tools.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or related fields, are fluent in German and English, and can work onsite in Munich with valid EU work authorization.
