HellaGoodAudio in Munich is seeking an Operations Manager to drive efficient business processes and scale our studio's workflow. You will optimize operations, coordinate across departments, and contribute strategic support to the founder and team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of operations or project management experience, hands-on AI tooling skills, and fluency in German and English. This onsite role offers relocation support and a central Munich location.

Competenze

• 2+ years in operations, project management, or business administration.
• Hands-on experience improving processes with AI tools.
• Fluent German (C1 or above).
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany.
• Valid EU work authorization.
