Logistica OS GmbH in Munich is seeking a Founder's Associate to join from day one, owning meaningful responsibilities and helping shape operations as the company scales. You will work closely with the founders to build AI-native support functions across Revenue Operations, Finance, and HR, while contributing to high-impact projects and learning how an early-stage startup operates.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Build operations by creating supporting functions (Revenue Ops, Finance, HR) to scale to €10M ARR.
• Own growth experiments across channels, geos, and verticals to influence company trajectory.
• Develop and improve operational playbooks to enable scalable processes across the org.
• Be entrepreneurial with urgency and strategic insight to drive results.

The Role

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility and ownership from day one. You’ll help build AI-native support functions and contribute to high-impact projects across the organization, gaining exposure to every aspect of an early-stage startup.

Working closely with our experienced founders and leadership team, you’ll contribute ideas, execute on strategic initiatives, and help drive our vision forward.

Tasks

• Build operations: You will build out supporting functions (Revenue Operations, Finance, HR) that will help us scale to €10M ARR, building an AI-native org that can support our growth efficiently.

• Growth experiments: You will own and drive new growth initiatives (channels, geos, verticals) that could transorm the trajectory of our company.

• Build playbooks: You will implement and improve operational processes across the org. Enabling us to scale our business.

• Be entrepreneurial: solutions driven, strong sense of urgency and capable of thinking outside of the box.

Requirements

• Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Bring first experience from a fast-paced environment, such as a VC backed start-up, consulting or similar.

• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to take ownership of impactful projects.

• Are highly motivated to contribute to building a start-up from the ground up.
