You will lead daily operations, drive AI tool adoption across departments, and help shape the development of a blockbuster AAA title from the ground up, with a frontline role in a creative, fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in operations, project management, or business administration.
• Hands-on experience improving processes with AI tools.
• Fluent German (C1 or above).
• Fluent English (C1 or above).

As an Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of business processes, optimize workflows, and provide strategic support to our founder and team.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany
• Valid EU work authorization
