A fast-growing B2B startup based in Berlin seeks a Founders’ Associate to work closely with the CEO, supporting various strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Candidates should have experience in consulting or startups, strong analytical and communication skills, and be fluent in German and English. As a Founders’ Associate, you will work directly with our CEO, Isabel, acting as a sparring partner and supporting key initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations. This role provides deep exposure to all aspects of a fast-growing startup, from high-level strategic decisions to hands‑on execution.
Initial experience in consulting or in a fast-growing B2B startup – internships also considered – ideally in a commercial, operations, analytical or strategic role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps
High level of ownership and autonomy, with a hands‑on mentality to drive projects forward
Affinity for technology and AI, with curiosity to learn and adapt quickly
Fluent in German (native-level) and English, with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Honest, fast, and open collaboration as well as strong communication skills
Resourceful self‑starters who hold themselves to high standards, have
attention to detail, are intrinsically motivated and eager to learn on a daily basis

Act as a right hand to our founder, supporting with key tasks such as sales enablement, CRM management, and preparing impactful presentations
Drive lead generation efforts and contribute to the development and optimization of our sales funnel to expand our reach into new industries and markets
Prepare compelling speaker presentations and collaborate with external Marketing/PR freelancers to enhance communication strategies
Assist in structuring and optimizing internal processes and tools to enhance efficiency, e.g. our OKR process
Assist in company strategic activities by conducting research, preparing materials, and supporting key discussions
Plan and coordinate company events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen our brand presence
