Wwshemi is seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional to join our Berlin team building AI software for enterprise procurement. In this hands-on role you will partner with sales, go-to-market, and operations to turn business needs into practical internal tools and automations that improve efficiency.

You will create end-to-end solutions using AI coding tools, scope and test features, and document your work so teammates can reuse it.

Formación

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience.
• Evidence of independently delivering working software with AI coding tools and automating recurring workflows through code.
• Experience taking internal tools or automations from scoping through testing and release.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and collaborating with multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization skills and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
