Job summary

Clera is looking for a hands-on go-to-market generalist to co-build the go-to-market engine for an AI platform serving private market operations. The full-time role covers sales, product discovery, client deployment, and strategic planning, with potential to grow into a leadership position.

You will collaborate across go-to-market, product, and operations, engage with senior stakeholders, and help translate insights into demos and value cases.

Qualifications

• Experience across go-to-market, product, and operations, with prior startup or financial services in sales, business development, or go-to-market.
• Experience in private markets, financial services, or another complex, manual-heavy industry.
• Experience holding senior stakeholder conversations with asset servicers and fund managers.
• Ability to bring structure to account research, discovery notes, proof-of-concept plans, and client value cases.
• Curiosity about AI and comfort using it in day-to-day work, along with ownership and generalist instincts.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary is 70,000 to 100,000 annually, plus incentives and meaningful equity.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates should be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
