Job summary

Wwshemi, an early-stage AI procurement software company, seeks a Chief of Staff to work with the founders on top-priority initiatives in Berlin. You’ll own operational and go-to-market execution, and help the team adopt AI across its work.

You’ll move strategic priorities forward, own go-to-market systems, build repeatable processes, and lead cross-functional projects from analysis to delivery. Fluency in German and English is required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a demanding environment (strategy consulting, VC, high-growth startup, or founding a company).
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools and understanding of their capabilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience owning go-to-market execution or sales operations, including building systems, playbooks, or automation.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional company-building projects.
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin.

• Experience owning go-to-market execution or sales operations, including building systems, playbooks, or automation.
• A track record of delivering cross-functional company-building projects.
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, or currently based there.
