Job summary

Clera Labs, Inc. is seeking a hands-on leader to build the go-to-market engine for an AI platform serving private markets. You will work directly with the founders on sales, product discovery, client deployment, and strategic planning, with a path to leadership.

Based in Berlin, this on-site role requires experience across GTM, product, and operations, and comfort working in a startup/financial services context. Compensation includes strong equity and incentives.

About the Role

Work directly with the founders to build the go-to-market engine for an AI platform serving private market operations. This full-time role spans sales, product discovery, client deployment, and strategic planning, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the founders across go-to-market, product, and company-building work.

• Build AI-enabled systems for account research, market intelligence, and relationship mapping.

• Lead discovery conversations with domain experts and turn insights into tailored demos and forward-deployed proof-of-concept projects.

• Translate prospect and client feedback into product insights and clearer positioning.

• Advance pilots and client deployments by identifying additional workflows and demonstrating value.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working across go-to-market, product, and operations, with prior startup or financial services experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market.

• Experience in private markets, financial services, or another complex, manual-heavy industry.

• Experience holding senior stakeholder conversations with asset servicers and fund managers.

• Ability to bring structure to account research, discovery notes, proof-of-concept plans, and client value cases.

• Curiosity about AI and comfort using it in day-to-day work, along with strong ownership and generalist instincts.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary is €70,000 to €100,000 annually, plus incentives and meaningful equity.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates should be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
