Clera is seeking a Werkstudent/in Recruiting to support go-to-market and operations by turning business requests into practical internal tools and automations. You will help teams work more efficiently through hands-on software delivery.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, document your work, and prioritize work in a fast-growing AI procurement software environment in Berlin. This role offers hands-on learning and meaningful equity in a dynamic startup atmosphere.

Qualificações

• Up to two years of professional experience.
• Experience independently delivering working software with AI coding tools and automating recurring manual workflows through code.
• Ability to scope, build, test, and ship internal tools or automations end to end.
• Experience working with multiple teams or stakeholders and documenting software for others to maintain.
• Comfort working through ambiguous requests, strong prioritization skills, and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
