Your responsibilities

• You provide insights into key business drivers, including revenue growth, cost to complete, inventory health, working capital, and free cash flow, through accurate analysis and reporting.
• You identify risks and opportunities within your assigned areas and highlight business levers that support EBIT and FCF improvement.
• You collaborate with business finance teams to translate operational metrics into financial impact, ensuring data integrity and clarity.
• You support business partnering and decision‑making by preparing reports, variance analyses and actionable insights for management reviews.
• You assist in performance dialogues by delivering clear analyses and facilitating cross‑functional alignment on improvement initiatives.
• You contribute to investment appraisal processes by providing data and analysis for NPV, IRR, payback, and sensitivity evaluations.
• You prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
• You conduct variance analyses and identify the drivers behind deviations.
• You provide relevant data and insights to other finance and business areas as needed.
• You collaborate with operating units to ensure alignment of budgets and forecasts.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Controlling, or possess a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in Finance & Accounting, ideally in an international environment.
• You have strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAP@KONS) and advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, as well as experience with tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, or Anaplan.
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, a high affinity for numbers, and a meticulous, structured approach to work.
• You have a keen interest in the development of digital finance processes and possess a strong IT aptitude.
• You show team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, combined with strong analytical capabilities.
