Duties

• Assist with the preparation of periodical reports (P&L, BS, CFS) for internal use
• Analyze the data used by 3rd party accountants to ensure it’s accurate, complete, and consistent
• Participate in extending key ERP usage across all businesses and locations
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Perform various relevant ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or audit (prior experience in a Big 4 is a clear advantage)
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Strong Excel skills (sophisticated formulas, Power Query, and such)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica is a strong advantage) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
