Zusammenfassung

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. in Belgium is seeking a Finance Controller to strengthen our finance team.

You will work closely with colleagues in Belgium and across Europe, with HQ in Frankfurt and in South Korea, handling accounting, audit, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in business management, accounting or audit, a Bachelor in Accounting/Finance, and excellent Korean and English communication (Dutch a plus).

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in business management, controlling, accounting, audit, or similar.
• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Confidential, punctual, and analytical working style.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Korean and English (Dutch a plus).
• Pro-activity and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting and audit.
• IFRS/Local GAAP updates.
• SAP bank system management.
• Prepare and follow-up business plan.
• Monitor and improve budget controls/cost reduction management.
• Analytical review reporting on financial transactions and deliver financial management information.
• Review contracts and documentation related to financial transactions.
• Support finance team members across Europe.
• Follow-up accounting/risk management.
• Ad-hoc reporting.

Your profile

As Finance Controller you will work closely with team members in Belgium, but also with our other locations in Europe, our HQ in Frankfurt and HQ in South-Korea. Your profile should include:

• 3-5 years experience in business management, controlling, accounting, audit, etc.
• Bachelor Accountancy, Finance, Taxation,..
• Confidential, punctual and analytical working style
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus)

Your tasks

Accounting & Audit Work:

• Monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting and audit

• IFRS/Local GAAP update

Finance & Treasury:

• SAP bank system

Business Plan & Budget Controlling:

• Prepare and follow-up business plan

• Monitor and improve budget controls/cost reduction management

Management Information & Financial advisory:

• Analytical review reporting on financial/business transactions and deliver financial management information

Legal and local compliances and requirements:

• Control, follow-up and review documentation, agreements and contracts related to financial transactions

Finance Management & Control:

• Support Finance team members in our different locations in Europe

• Follow-up accounting/risk management

Ad-hoc reporting

Provide support to PAN-EU Finance Manager and CFO

Performing other duties as assigned.
