Zusammenfassung

Mobis Parts Europe N.V. is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our Frankfurt area team. You will support HR operations, assist with data analysis, and help coordinate cross-functional activities to improve processes across the European headquarters.

Under supervision, you will develop analytical skills with SQL/Python basics, maintain records, and contribute to projects that shape our people strategy in a global automotive business.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in business, economics, or engineering.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Full IT literacy including financial, order, sales and invoicing systems.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and analyse purchase price and vendor changes.
• Process expense reports and invoices with accuracy.
• Analyse invoice price deviations to prevent payment discrepancies.
• Initiate countermeasures with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Report pricing KPI regularly.
• Support supplier price management and price rounds.

Your profile

• University degree with recognized business qualification, Business Administration, Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Economics or Engineering
• Profound knowledge in pricing tools, methods and strategies
• Basic knowledge of aftersales and service business.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and the ability to develop data-driven strategies and business cases
• Full IT literacy including databases and financial, order, sales and invoicing systems
• Advanced knowledge of programming language, such as SQL and Python and experience with databases
• Very strong skills in communication and coordination, internally and externally

Your tasks

• Monitor and analyse purchase price and vendor changes
• Process expense reports and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals
• Analyse invoice price deviations to prevent payment discrepancies from MPE
• Initiate countermeasures with suppliers and stakeholders
• Report pricing KPI regularly
• Support supplier price management and price rounds
