Mobis Parts Europe N.V. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our European HQ in Frankfurt am Main for a six-month assignment. You will support HR administration, data management, meeting coordination and internal HR communications.

Ideal candidates have a degree in economics, sociology or psychology, strong German and English, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. This internship offers an international environment and growth opportunities in HR.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and fluent German and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team oriented.
• Available for a 6-month internship.

Responsabilités

• Support general HR administration.
• Assist with employee data management and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR programs.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing HR initiatives.
• Support the preparation of internal HR communications and announcements.
• Create reports on various HR metrics for personnel management.
• Involvement in various ad-hoc projects.

Your profile

• Degree in Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Human Resources.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Friendly demeanor and team player.
• Meticulous work style with attention to detail.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Motivated to contribute new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
• Experience with Korean culture or other Asian cultures is desirable.

• You are available for 6 months.
