Mobis Parts Europe N.V. in Frankfurt am Main seeks a procurement-focused professional to drive accessory sourcing for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis models, while strengthening supplier collaborations across Europe.

You will analyze data, negotiate for cost savings, manage ESG compliance, and partner with internal teams to deliver reliable supply and value.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in supplier negotiations with international base.
• Experience in database management, reporting and data analysis.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Procure accessory sourcing via technical-commercial evaluation and investigation for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis models.
• Support product portfolio control by supplier selection and negotiation for cost savings.
• Investigate potential suppliers and opportunities in Europe for open bidding.
• Deploy purchase prices with internal stakeholders and vendor negotiations.
• Report cost savings of KPIs and monitor cost fluctuations.
• Ensure supplier ESG compliance.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, Engineering, or another relevant field.
• Customer-oriented professional with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in supplier negotiations and collaboration with an international supplier base.
• Experience in database management, reporting, and data analysis.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.

Your tasks

• Procure accessory sourcing through technical-commercial evaluation and investigation of automotive products, developed and customized to fit dedicated vehicle models of Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis.

• Support accessory product portfolio control by supplier selection and negotiation with respective suppliers to achieve cost savings by focusing on strategy, price, specification, quality, and reliability of supply.

• Investigate potential suppliers and accessory business opportunities in Europe to ensure a competitive and open bidding environment, considering independence from global threats.

• Deploy purchase prices through close collaboration with internal stakeholders on a daily basis and negotiations with vendors.

• Report cost savings of team KPIs and provide regular updates on cost fluctuations.

• Control supplier compliance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements.
