Qualifikationen

Jobbeschreibung

As a Field Service Technician (M / F / T ) you will perform commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work on-site at customer locations in Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide).

From your home office you will primarily support our mechatronic pumps / pump systems (e.g. SIHIdry / SIHIboost ) in the Frankfurt / Mannheim / Kaiserslautern / Heidelberg region.

• Field service mainly throughout Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide)
• Carrying out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work
• Carrying out fault and remote diagnoses
• Preparation of work reports such as maintenance reports and commissioning reports

Your profile

• Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer or comparable
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• Suitability as a respiratory protection device wearer according to G26 II
• Driving license class B
• Good knowledge of English
• High quality awareness, independent work commitment and very high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation
• Ideally you already have professional experience in a comparable position
