ABOUT THE ROLE

Field Engineer – Region South Germany (m/f/d) to provide our customers with first-class service as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Market observation as well as collection and analysis of product performance (including competitive comparison through field data collection)
  • Implementation of sales-supporting measures across all product areas (focus on truck, passenger car, agricultural, tire sensors) and support for our customers and the sales team in all technical matters
  • Technical problem‑solving and handling of complaints on‑site and centrally
  • Conducting technical training sessions, both internal and external
  • Co‑responsible for organizing, executing, and analyzing tire tests in collaboration with the European technical team
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Participation in projects and trade fairs, both nationally and internationally
Required Qualifications and Experience

Education, Master’s degree, other certifications:

  • Completed technical training in the automotive sector, e.g., certified automotive master technician or a comparable qualification
  • Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in the automotive sector, ideally in the tire industry; customer service experience is a plus

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Confident use of laptops, tablets, etc.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Solution‑oriented approach
  • Good self‑organization
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, as well as occasional weekend assignments (mainly Saturdays)
