FCM is more than just one of the world’s largest travel management companies with a 24/7 reach in over 100 companies. We’re a movement of over 6,500 changemakers, travel gurus, performance improvers and leaders without limits, on a mission to help the world’s biggest companies move smoother. We’re officially a great place to work, but also a company like no other. Why? Because we thrive on change. We’re fuelled by what we call our alternative mindset. This is FCM, where different happens.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Germany and Switzerland, you’ll play a critical role in driving FCM Travel’s growth by building strong early‑stage relationships with prospective clients. Working as part of our global Sales Operations team, you’ll be responsible for generating high‑quality opportunities for our sales leaders in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
You’ll engage with decision‑makers across targeted accounts, manage both outbound prospecting and inbound leads, and book first meetings that contribute directly to a strong sales pipeline. Using best‑in‑class sales and marketing technology—including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Highspot, and Salesforce—you’ll execute structured cadences, track activity, and collaborate closely with SDRs and sales teams around the world.
This role also offers exposure to industry events, global sales strategies, and a clear development path within a growing international organisation. Based in London, your primary market focus will be Germany and Switzerland, with flexible work‑from‑home options available.
