Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.

For our client, an international manufacturing group, we are looking for an Export Control - Project Manager to support the second global rollout phase of an SAP-integrated compliance software.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Export Control function within the global MIC/SAP implementation project
• Lead and coordinate the Export Control workstream across multiple international factory sites, ensuring regulatory alignment
• Identify site-specific Export Control requirements and ensure system configuration accordingly
• Act as interface between Compliance, IT, SAP, and MIC project teams
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure group-level alignment

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong background in Export Control and Compliance processes
• Project coordination experience in international or matrix organizations
• Basic technical understanding of SAP S4/Hana and compliance tools
• Ability to translate compliance requirements into system and process implementation
• Comfortable working in a global, remote team environment
