Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors across multiple international markets. Your focus will be on strengthening partnerships, optimizing distributor performance, and supporting growth initiatives.
  • Contract Negotiation & Sales Growth: Take charge of renegotiating annual contracts with distributors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and continuously challenging them to improve sales performance and profitability.
  • Market Understanding: Leverage your knowledge of the diagnostics/pharmaceutical markets—including regulations, norms, and industry standards at the international level—to drive informed business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure smooth operations and the alignment of distributor strategies with business objectives.

Your Profile:
