Ideal candidates will have over 3 years in sales or business development, fluency in German, and experience in a dynamic startup environment. After strong traction in our home market weve already secured our first customers in Germany and are now entering the next phase : scaling across the country .
Were hiring a Market Expansion Lead Germany to help scale SOUS from early traction to a repeatable country-wide growth engine.
This is not a country manager role and not a pure sales role. Youll operate like a startup within a startup ; building on existing momentum owning execution on the ground and working closely with the founders and central team.
You wont be starting from scratch but you will be responsible for turning early success into scale.
Germany is already live at SOUS.
We have our first customers on the platform now its time to scale nationally .
