Key Qualifications :

• To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :
• Extensive VP / C-suite Experience or Equivalent : You should have a track record of at least 5 years of highly successful and accomplished VP or C-suite roles, which may include CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO, or equivalent positions.
• Effective Communication and Influencing Abilities : You should be adept at communication and influencing, with the ability to foster collaboration and achieve productive outcomes.
• Business Acumen : A deep understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices is essential.

Desirable Qualifications :

While not mandatory, a Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, coupled with experience in team building and new business development, would be advantageous.
