Zusammenfassung

A leading medical device manufacturer is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO/CFO. The role involves comprehensive support in daily operations, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and conducting analyses. Ideal candidates will have relevant educational qualifications and several years of experience. Proficiency in English and German is required. This is a full-time permanent position based in Berlin.

To further professionalise and increase the efficiency of our top management, we are looking for an experienced and confident Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to the CEO/CFO, who will support the operational and strategic day-to-day business at the highest level.

Responsibilities
  • comprehensive support of the CEO in day-to-day business
  • assist with general tasks, including scheduling appointments, calendar maintenance, travel planning, and expense management
  • coordinate board meetings and draft and review meeting notes and documentation
  • responsible for managing the agenda of the CEO
  • conduct in-depth analyses, prepare reports, and create compelling presentations on various topics
  • organize internal and external events
  • represent the company while having exposure to customers and cooperation partners
Qualifications
  • completed university studies in business administration or a related field or commercial education with further education
  • several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar
  • experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality
  • very strong organizational and time management skills
  • passionate team player with a mindset for cross-functional and system-wide thinking
  • ability to act autonomously and prioritize topics and projects
  • excellent communication skills in both English and German
