The Opportunity

This is a golden chance for a skilled business sales and partnership manager to be part of our dynamic international team in London. As we set our sights on Berlin for the next three years, this role is integral in shaping the market landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead sales of exhibition spaces and custom sponsorship packages.
  • Champion the 1 : 1 Meeting Programme.
  • Collaborate with the Hosted Buyer team to rope in elite buyers.
  • Strategize alongside the event director and marketing manager to uncover fresh topics and revenue streams.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships.
  • Partner with the activation manager to ensure sponsorship commitments are met.
  • Acquire an intricate understanding of the content / marketing / branded content sector.
  • Lead crucial client pitches.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in German.
  • A minimum of 5 years' B2B sales experience, preferably in the events or media sector.
  • A proven track record in new business development.
  • An energetic, proactive demeanor.
  • Ability to flourish both independently and within a team.
  • Exceptional phone communication skills.
  • Acute business sense.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
