What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on a key pharmaceutical client.

  • Lead all aspects of multiple large projects from initial briefing to delivery and closing, including logistics and content
  • Manage teams assigned to events, ensuring adherence to client standards, tools, and processes
  • Serve as the main contact for clients during implementation
  • Monitor timelines and budgets
  • Develop, mentor, and coach team members

Must haves

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • 10+ years of event project management experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industries
  • Specialized in logistical events
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations in Germany and internationally
  • Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Experience with budget creation, management, and consolidation
  • Eligibility to work in the country where the job is posted
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German

Nice to haves

  • Background in marketing, communications, or media
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, digital event platforms, and delegate management tools
  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Agency experience
