Job Overview

As a member of the Group’s executive management, you will be responsible for the hierarchical management of our European subsidiaries (nearly 500 people). You will be accountable for the financial and operational results of the region. Highly SALES-oriented, you ensure optimal organization and motivation within our subsidiaries and their teams.

Qualifications

With a higher education degree, ideally in French civil engineering (or an equivalent qualification in Europe), you have at least 10 years of management and sales experience in the construction or real‑estate sectors. You have strong experience in—and a taste for—multicultural management. You understand and value the demands of international groups.
