Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager for Solar PV in the DACH region. You will drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and promote pitched-roof and flat-roof mounting solutions.

Based in Germany with home-office flexibility, you will manage key accounts, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor customer solutions. Travel across the DACH region will be regular.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in the solar PV industry.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH market and distribution channels.
• Existing relationships with installers, distributors or EPCs.
• Fluent German and good English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the DACH region.
