Job summary

Darwin Recruitment seeks a Sales Manager – Solar PV for the DACH region to drive growth and build strategic partnerships. You will promote pitched-roof and flat-roof mounting solutions, manage key accounts, and collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.

The role offers home-office flexibility and exposure to a growing renewable energy market across Europe, with regular travel within the DACH region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' sales experience in the solar PV industry, ideally mounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH solar market and distribution channels.
• Existing relationships with installers, distributors or EPCs.
• Fluent German and good English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the DACH region.
