Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager – Solar PV to drive growth across the DACH region. You will build strong relationships with installers, distributors and EPCs while promoting pitched and flat roof mounting systems. Collaboration with technical and marketing teams will tailor solutions for strategic partners.

The role offers home-office-based flexibility, international exposure in renewable energy, and a clear path to shaping regional sales strategy within a growing market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' sales experience within the solar PV industry, ideally in mounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH solar market and distribution channels.
• Existing relationships with installers, distributors or EPCs.
• Fluent German and good English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the DACH region.
