Powers Health is seeking an ERP Developer/Analyst to join our IT ERP team. This role combines technical expertise with business knowledge to support, develop, and maintain enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Oracle PeopleSoft. The position provides hands‑on experience in application development, enhancements, reporting, upgrades, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational needs.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to work onsite at least twodays per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical liaison, systems developer, and business analyst for Oracle PeopleSoft applications.
  • Define system requirements, conduct fit/gap analyses, and identify solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop ERP business solutions using Oracle PeopleTools technologies and frameworks, including Application Designer, Application Engine, Application Packages, APIs, Component Interfaces, Approval Framework, Data Migration Workbench, Data Transformer, Event & Notification Framework, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Test Framework, SQL, SQR, Web Services, and Workcenter.
  • Design and develop reporting solutions using Dashboards, Insights, nVision, Query, Pivot Grids, SQR, and XML Publisher.
  • Create and maintain end‑user and technical documentation to support knowledge transfer.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues independently or with the ERP team.
  • Assist in software implementations and upgrades, including Compare Reports, PeopleSoft Selective Adoption, PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), and testing phases.
  • Provide regular updates on tasks and project status to ERP and Project Managers.
  • Deliver second‑level Help Desk support for ERP applications, documenting resolutions in compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Participate in on‑the‑job and formal ERP training sessions to enhance technical skills.
  • Work off‑hours as needed for system upgrades, maintenance, or issue resolution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in ERP, Application Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of business application experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM modules.
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience with Oracle PeopleTools and related frameworks.
  • Oracle / PeopleSoft certifications preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with MS SQL and MS Office preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of HR business functions is a plus.
