Your Responsibilities

• Establish the enterprise business architecture vision, strategy, and frameworks to ensure standardization, harmonization, and simplification.

• Define and manage core enterprise architecture artifacts (e.g., enterprise meta model, business capability maps, as-is/target landscapes).

• Align strategic architecture roadmaps with business and IT leadership to support transformation and innovation.

• Lead architecture governance to control complexity, manage risks, and ensure solution interoperability.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in business capability modeling, enterprise meta models, and cross-domain business processes.

• Proven track record in leading organization-wide transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business and IT outcomes.

• Strong background in enterprise architecture governance, ensuring standardization, simplification, and risk control.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and align strategic roadmaps with business and IT strategies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.

• Skilled at mapping complex solution landscapes to business needs and identifying optimization opportunities.

• Collaborative leadership style, able to work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to maintain a holistic enterprise view.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate technical architecture into clear business narratives.

• Experience in scaling architecture frameworks in large, complex, multinational organisations.

• Fluent in English and German, written and verbal.
