Pactum is seeking a highly driven and results‑oriented Account Manager – a true rock star – to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with key clients and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with key executive‑level stakeholders (e.g., CPO, CFO, VP level) within assigned customer accounts.
  • Drive expansion of Pactum’s usage within assigned customer accounts across various countries, business units, use cases, and product lines. This includes identifying and closing renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, providing guidance and support to maximize their value from Pactum.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Deployment & Operations) to ensure customer success and address any challenges.
  • Contribute to the refinement and implementation of Pactum’s customer success best practices.
Qualifications
  • Are located in Germany
  • Have 5+ years proven experience as an Account Manager hitting sales goals at a SaaS start‑up organization
  • Experience in implementing a strategic selling process
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt to a growing / dynamic business environment
  • Are able to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Have a thorough understanding of negotiating and sales techniques.
  • Have a deep understanding of B2B procurement process and you’ve previously worked with procurement clients.
