Your Team

Join our Order to Cash transformation team, a cross‑functional group at the heart of our company’s digital evolution. We’re modernizing our legacy systems and shaping a scalable, subscription‑based business model powered by Keylight (SaaS). You’ll work closely with passionate engineers, product experts, and business stakeholders—from Sales and Finance to Salesforce and SAP specialists—to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end digital sales and billing processes.

Your Role

• Take ownership of technical planning and end‑to‑end delivery for our Order to Cash transformation. Lead your team as they replace legacy systems with the Keylight subscription management platform, with a key focus on sales‑led integration.

• Act as people leader and coach for engineers and product support colleagues, helping them grow, overcome challenges, and perform at their best. You’ll drive professional development, create a strong team culture, and ensure high‑impact delivery.

• Ensure seamless collaboration across the organization—working closely with Finance on the SAP rollout and SalesTech on the Salesforce integration—to maintain technical alignment, delivery quality, and strategic consistency.

• Become an internal Keylight expert and trusted advisor. Guide other teams on system capabilities, oversee integration best practices, and ensure our tools unlock innovation and growth along the customer lifecycle.

• Partner with a technical product owner to set strategy, manage priorities, and deliver business value efficiently.

• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. product leads, Accounts Receivable) and with our third‑party vendor to secure long‑term success and operational excellence.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in technical leadership, planning, and shaping architectural decisions in complex system landscapes.

• Deep understanding of Order to Cash enterprise processes and back‑office systems. Experience with Salesforce or Keylight is a distinct advantage.

• A self‑starting, hands‑on mindset with the drive to quickly learn, adapt, and master new tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Track record in large‑scale data or infrastructure migration projects, including decommissioning legacy systems.

• Experience managing and collaborating with third‑party SaaS vendors and service providers.
