We are looking for a highly motivated HVAC Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team. On this position, you are responsible for the planning and engineering of challenging projects in the Biopharma and Life Sciences, Semiconductor and Data Center industry. You are the connection between our client, other project participants and contractors. You are the direct contact person for topics considering HVAC.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Planning and design of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with a focus on industry projects
• Compliance with applicable international norms, standards, GMP regulations and regulatory requirements
• Creation of all planning documents; participation in 3D model and design reviews
• Determination of costs and implementation of price comparisons
• Participation in procurement negotiations with suppliers and contractors as well as management and coordination of external partners and contractors
• Coordination and monitoring of schedules, costs, and quality during the construction process

Show your expertise

• Completed studies in the field of Mechanical engineering or Building services
• Relevant professional experience in planning of HVAC systems in project environment
• Nice-to-have: Experience in clean room technology planning
• Knowledge of German engineering requirements (norms, standards, VOB, etc.)
• Competence in MS-Office, CAD and calculation software
• Structured way of working with engineering approach and work creativity; strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both in written and spoken
• Mobility and willingness to work on site for specific projects
