A software solutions provider in Augsburg is seeking a technical support specialist. You will be the first point of contact for complex customer inquiries related to their software. You are the first point of contact in our company when it comes to complex technical customer inquiries. In IT support, you will analyze, evaluate, and resolve inquiries and problems relating to our baramundi software solution and offer the appropriate solution. With around 300-400 new customers joining us every year, our support team of 11 is looking for you: bright, communicative, and ready to serve our customers!
