C&C Search is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to work for a well-established investment firm based in Germany.

• Position: Executive Assistant and Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality administrative and operational support to a manager or group of managers
• Acting as a liaison with internal teams, external clients and vendors to resolve routine administrative matters
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, interviews and appointments
• Preparing, editing and distributing correspondence, agendas and meeting minutes
• Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements when required
• Reviewing, processing and tracking incoming invoices
• Supporting accounting-related tasks, audits and reporting as required
• Reviewing and processing employee expenses with a strong attention to detail
• Preparing routine and ad hoc reports, including basic data gathering and analysis
• Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
• Requisitioning office supplies and coordinating services such as printing and maintenance
• Operating standard office equipment and required software applications
• Providing a high level of internal and external customer service at all times
• Carrying out additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial services, professional services or a corporate environment
• A commercial apprenticeship or comparable university degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Confidence working with data, reports, invoices and expenses
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to exercise sound judgement
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
