Job summary

David-Lloyd-Clubs in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and operate a premium DL Club, delivering an exceptional member experience seven days a week.

You will regularly act as Duty Manager, oversee health and safety, compliance, and service delivery across multiple functions, and drive financial planning and customer service excellence. Join us to foster an inclusive culture where teams thrive and members receive outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Regularly act as Duty Manager and, alongside your team, ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to, maximizing member experience.
