Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe, Germany, is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead our premium club and deliver an exceptional member experience every day, seven days a week. You will work with the General Manager to implement strategies that drive targets and maintain safe, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has experience managing a large operational service facility, leading cross‑functional teams, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a DL Club and drive targets, while delivering an excellent member experience seven days a week.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies ensuring smooth, compliant operations, health and safety across the club.
