Job summary

David-Lloyd-Club is seeking a Sales Consultant in Hamburg to drive member acquisition and represent our premium health and wellness brand. This role balances outbound calling with in-club visits, focusing on delivering a high-quality sales experience while promoting our values.

You will be part of a lively team, working evenings/weekends as needed, and enjoying uncapped commissions, free club membership for you and your family, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong target-driven mindset and ability to meet sales goals.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering quality sales experiences.
• Previous sales experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective members and follow up on leads to build a pipeline.
• Inspire and promote DL values to prospects within an office environment.
• Aim to achieve sales targets individually and as part of the team.
• On-board new members to ensure a premium after-care experience and ongoing engagement.
• Be flexible with working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
