David Lloyd Clubs in Frankfurt is seeking a Member Support Advisor to join our team. You will handle member queries via Chat, Telephone and Email and process these requests accurately while engaging with members to deliver top service.

The role is based at our Frankfurt hub with fixed hours (9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00) and is fully office-based in a club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound calling and handling customer queries.
• Call centre experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
