David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe is seeking an Assistant General Manager (m/w/d) for a full-time role. You will work with the General Manager to drive club targets, elevate member experience, and ensure health & safety compliance daily.

The role focuses on leading operations across the club, coordinating teams, and delivering excellent service seven days a week.

Formación

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, leisure).
• Experience leading multiple functions with varied challenges and goals.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

• Lead and operate a DL Club to deliver an outstanding member experience every day.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies and drive targets.
