Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Frankfurt is seeking a passionate Operations Manager to join Europes leading premium health and wellness group. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, leading our DL Club to deliver outstanding member experiences seven days a week.

You will oversee health and safety and compliance, drive service delivery, and build a welcoming, inclusive culture where staff can thrive. If you excel at people leadership and delivering premium leisure experiences, join us to help members

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility such as a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility.
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager and ensure health & safety and compliance.
• Lead and operate a DL Club to deliver an excellent member experience, seven days a week.
