David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Operations Manager in Frankfurt to lead daily club operations and deliver a premium member experience seven days a week. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, overseeing safety, compliance, and service quality with your team.

About You

As Operations Manager we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
